SME Innovation Lab
Our SME Innovation Lab is a secondary benefit available to founders working with us: you get to interview participants we've trained across recruitment, AI adoption, growth, marketing and process automation, and work with the ones who fit your business for an initial 2–3 months. If it's the right match, you can then bring them on permanently or on a contract basis. Participants join at no cost initially, with standard terms applying only if the arrangement becomes permanent or ongoing.
